Make a booking:
- Call us on 01824 712323 to make your booking or complete the enquiry form below.
- Ensure you have your date, number of guests you are wanting to book along with your preferred booking date. If you are booking one of our meal packages, please consider what time you’d like to have lunch served and advise us at the time of booking.
- A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required at the time of booking with final numbers and payment required 7 days prior to arrival.

Booking FAQ’s:
We are available for school group bookings any weekday (subject to availability) during Welsh school term times.
One teacher per 10 pupils will be admitted free of charge and must be present as points of contact for pupils during their visit.
You can book the facilities exclusively for your school, subject to the above minimum order quantities. If you don’t book exclusive use, you may share use of the facilities with other schools or members of the public.
You must pay a 50% deposit within 2 weeks of making your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days in advance of your visit date.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. The amount of refund to which you are entitled depends on how much notice you give us.
More than 4 weeks: Full refund
Less than 4 weeks: 50% refund – effectively surrendering your deposit.
If cancellation is due to circumstances outside your control such as extreme weather, we will endeavour to change your booking to another suitable date.
If we have to cancel for any reason (e.g. the centre is forced to close) we can either look to rearrange your visit for a later date or reimburse any fees or deposit paid in full.
Your dedicated group Enabler will meet your group outside. We’ll give your group a welcome talk – including some of the important things you need to know about visiting Nova! Please try to stick to your confirmed arrival time.
Just call to let us know that you’re running late, and roughly by how long (if you know) and we’ll do our best to ensure that your class doesn’t lose out.
If you arrive early, you will be able to wait for your scheduled start time in our Adventure Play Café.
No, only food and drink bought at Nova can be consumed on the premises. We offer a range of hot and cold meal deal options.
Please contact our team if you need to make any changes to your booking. A slight reduction in numbers will not affect the overall cost of your visit. However, an increase in numbers may incur additional costs and we will need to check to see if we can accommodate this.
